2. Packaging: We carefully package all candy to ensure it arrives in the best condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage or melting that may occur during transit, especially in hot weather. Please consider your local weather conditions before placing an order.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or inquire about the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer optional ice packs at checkout to help protect your meltable items during transit. While they help tremendously, please understand they do not guarantee your candy won’t melt—especially in warm weather or during longer deliveries.
