Can I Choose Duplicate Gummies?

YES! - You can select a gummy more than once! (if your product allows it)

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders Are packed & Shipped Out NEXT Day (excluding Saturdays due to the post office being closed on Sunday's)

Do You Ship In Hot Weather?

YES! We pay close attention to local weather temperatures. If temperatures reach extreme highs, we may delay shipping by 1-2 days to keep your goods in our temperature controlled facility!

Do Ice Packs Help Prevent Melted Candy?

Ice packs are highly recommended! They aren't a guarantee your candy won't soften during transit! if you live in a warmer state, we suggest an icepack and priority shipping.

My Candy Arrived Warm. Is It Still Safe?

ABSOLUTELY! Gummies can soften during shipping but are still safe to enjoy! Throw your goods in the fridge for a few minutes then enjoy!

Can I Change My Address After Ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately!

Not yet! As of currently we only ship all across the U.S

100% Freshness is one of our top priorities! Our candy is continuously rotated & quality checked to ensure you receive the freshest products possible!

What If I Have An Allergy?

Your safety is our TOP priority! if you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before placing your order. Depending on the severity of the allergy, we may recommend that you do not order from us due to the risk of cross contact. We'll be happy to discuss your specific concerns and help you determine the best course of action!

Do You Offer Sugar Free Candy

YES! we offer a 1/2lb Sugar Free mix. Find it in our Pre Mixed Mixes!

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes & No | If your order has left our hands, we are unable to cancel your order! As long as we still have possession of the package, we can successfully cancel your order.

Do You Accept Returns?

No | Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns!

My Order Arrived Damaged / Received The Wrong Order. What Can I Do?
